Works with the programs you already have

We are program- and curriculum-agnostic. We start with what you run today (your schedule, your staff, your space) and make the learning inside it more intentional.

No new platform to adopt and no curriculum to replace. We help your team see the future-ready skills already hiding in everyday activities, then build on them on purpose.

Start with a clear picture of where you are

A program audit looks at how time is actually spent: which activities build skills, where young people are most engaged, and where hours are lost to transitions and waiting.

We observe sessions, talk with staff and young people, and review the materials you already use. You get a short, practical report, not a binder that sits on a shelf.

Training built for the people doing the work

Frontline staff in out-of-school time change often and have little time to prepare. Our training is short, practical, and designed to be used the next day.

  1. Foundations. What future-ready learning looks like in an afterschool or summer setting, and why it matters.
  2. Planning. Turning an existing activity into one with a clear skill focus, using simple planning tools.
  3. Facilitation. Questioning, feedback, and reflection moves that keep young people doing the thinking.
  4. Reflection. Quick routines that help staff notice what worked and adjust the next session.

On-site coaching that sticks

Training starts the change. Coaching keeps it going. Coaches visit sessions, model strategies with real groups of young people, and give staff specific, encouraging feedback.

Site leaders learn to coach their own teams, so the work continues after our engagement ends.

The objections we hear most — and our answers

Our staff turn over too fast to train.
That is exactly why the training is short and repeatable. New staff can join mid-year, and site leaders can deliver refreshers themselves.

We don’t have time for another initiative.
This is not an add-on. We work inside the programming you already run, so the time is already there.

Our funders want outcomes, not activities.
Intentional design makes outcomes visible. Our consulting connects directly to measurement, so you can show what young people gained.

We already have a curriculum.
Great. We are curriculum-agnostic and help you get more out of what you use today.

One program. A district or network. A regional initiative. We’ll start with a conversation about your goals and build a plan that fits your staff, schedule, and budget.
